More Views of The United Artists

There really isn't any news on the United Artists Theatre on S. Broadway except that, once again, I've added more photos and vintage postcard views to the page devoted to L.A.'s only Gothic style movie palace.

Last night I had to get busy and do an update to the page on the United Artists Theatre because Cezar Del Valle had also been busy again.

I added photos from 1998 and 2002 (taken by Betty Sword) that Cezar recently posted to his Flickr page. You can see more goodies from his collection in his Theatre Talks album.

And check out a postcard view from Cezar that I put on the page two weeks ago. Also new on the page is a second vintage card from Elizabeth Fuller's ever-expanding Old L.A. Postcards collection.

The non-news on the UA is that it's still for sale. And Hillsman Wright of the Los Angeles Historic Theatre Foundation is valiantly negotiating with the church/owners for a tour date. Stay tuned.
