The Hollywood Pantages

This 1930 design by B. Marcus Priteca was the largest and most opulent theatre (and the last) constructed for Alexander Pantages. The Mott Studios photo is in the collection of the California State Library.   See our eight web pages on the Pantages Theatre for many more views. The theatre, at 6233 Hollywood Blvd., had a long career as a film house and now, under Nederlander management, hosts long-running Broadway shows.
