Union Theatre

From 1852 to 1854, Don Vincente Guerrero directed Spanish language drama in his Union Theatre for performances on Saturdays and Sundays. It gets a mention on page 19 of the 1983 book "Mexican American Theatre: then and now" edited by Nicolas Kanellos. The page is included in the book's preview on Google Books.

More Information: No additional data has surfaced. The Nickel Theatre at 255 S. Main St. was also once known as the Union Theatre.
