Fair Oaks Theatre

Opening. Unknown. It was listed in the 1915-16 city directory. It was on the east side of the street a block south of Washington Blvd.

Status: The building it was in has been demolished.

Another theatre that was once called the Fair Oaks is the theatre at 85 N. Fair Oaks Ave., a house that ended up as the Oaks Theatre.
