Opened: March 19, 1975 by Mann Theatres as the Mann Hastings Ranch Theatres 1-2- 3. It was later operated by Pacific Theatres as Pacific's Hastings Ranch 3. The building is on the west side of the street a bit north of Foothill Blvd. The site was once part of the Hastings Drive-In. The triplex was just north of Pacific's Hastings 8.
Architects: Mel Glatz & Associates of Denver was design consultant. Paul Pink, Marshall Levin & Associates of Indianapolis and Kraus Anderson, St. Paul, were the architects and contractors.
Seating: 916 seats in the three auditoria.
