Opened: Evidently it was 1914. It made it into the 1914 city directory as the Luna Theatre. The theatre entrance was on the right end of the facade. That's Brighton Ave. on the left in this 2007 Google Maps image. The building, at 1748-50-52 W. Adams, is given a 1914 construction date by the city. It's on the south side of the street a block and a half west of Normandie Ave.
Closing: It perhaps only ran a couple of years.
Status: The building survives but it's been remodeled.

A view from above. Note the theatre space, now with skylights punched into its roof, as a separate structure from the rest of the building. That's Brighton Ave. at the right. Photo: Google Maps - 2016

More Information: Well, there isn't any yet.
