The Pacific Electric Club Theatre was in this five story building on the west side of Los Angeles St. in the middle of the block between 6th and 7th. The building dates from 1910 but at some point it got a deco facade redo. It's just south of the Los Angeles St. end of the Pacific Electric Building. There's a sliver of it on the right side of the photo. Thanks to Ken McIntyre for the photo.

A rental for church services in 1939.
Problems with a German film screening in 1941.
Status: It's unknown when the building ceased being active as a club. It survives on Los Angeles St. with retail on the ground floor.

Also known as the P.E. Annex building. The P.E. faced north onto Main Street. Los Angeles was the rear end. The track viaduct structure was built out from this rear side changing everything from a turn-back terminal to a pass-through station. The P.E. Club also had facilities at the Hill Street Station which had begun as part if the Los Angeles Pacific railroad.
