Arena Cinelounge Santa Monica

Opened: 2017. It was a venue for independent films operated by Christian Meoli in the former Santa Monica Screening Room. It's in a small office building on the west side of the street between Colorado Ave. and Broadway. The photo of the entrance is from Kirstin W. on Yelp.

The Hollywood Times had an April 2017 story about the opening of this location and the one on Sunset Blvd. This branch of the Arena empire was operating as a private members-only venue. The operation started in the Arena Stage building on Las Palmas Ave. in Hollywood that was the former Egyptian 2 & 3.

Closed: 2017. The Arena Cinelounge operation continues only at the Sunset Blvd. location.
