The view from the house left side of the booth. The front wall has been opened up to allow decent sized spot ports. The original spot port on was on the right where the hood is. Photo: Bill Counter - 2018
Projection throw: 120'. The two followspots in use are Strong Gladiators, converted to Xenon.
Film equipment: The theatre originally was equipped for 35mm. At some date in the distant past the equipment was removed and disposed of. The only projection gear currently in house is a 16mm Norelco machine. The house also had a Brenograph, positioned on the left end of the booth.
Followspots: 2 Strong Gladiators converted to Xenon with Strong Lume-X lamphouses. There's also a retired carbon arc Super Trouper.
Controls: Electrician Don Hibben reports that original booth controls included the ability to let in the screen on a motorized lineset, control several motorized travelers and have some control over the house lights.
The booth view from the other side. There's no direct access from the auditorium. The doorway leads to a hall going to a stairway down to office areas and a connection to the house left stairs serving the balcony. There's another hall on the house right side of the booth going down to another stairway to the balcony lobby. The doorway we see behind the spot goes to a small room perhaps originally used as an audio control room. Photo: Bill Counter - 2018

3 1/4" x 4" lantern slides found in a parts cabinet on the back wall of the booth by Don Hibben. While some slides have survived, the theatre no longer has the Brenograph once used to project them. Photo: Mike Hume - 2020
