Earl Carroll Theatre: the sceneshop

The shop is attached to the south wall of the theatre. This main floor plan is from the 2023 JLL sale offering PDF via Loopnet. Total area is 3,270 s.f with about 1,790 of that occupied with two stories of offices and storage. The double doors at the top lead onto the stage. The doors out to the loading area are in the lower right.

The main loading doors onto the stage are just the other side of the yellow railing. The dimmer room is up the stairs on the far right of this photo with a storage room below.
